Thank you for anyone who takes time to help me out. I rather not make changed to the original files if not necessary. I presume that the footer, header and block heading text colour is hard coded and has to be changed on the server? Can anyone suggest some handy CSS to avoid doing this. Is it the case that you either don't use the marketing blocks at all or you have to use them all?ħ. The marketing blocks on the frontpage do not resize themselves if I remove one, resulting in a gap. Instead the image from the next slide appears partially to fill the gap.Ħ. When using the slider and full screen view, the slider images do not expand. Do I need to hack the code on the server to remove it?ĥ. The site title shows in the header whether I tick the box in the Theme options (header) or not. How can I change this to reflect the user name on the other side which just gets underlined when hovering on it?Ĥ. When hovering over this, a white box appears and covers the word. In the header there is a link to Messages. Do I have to change this on the server or is there any helpful CSS I could apply to change the colour to suit us? Or is it linked to the question above?ģ. In the header and footer there is a thin line (also dark blue). I have the theme developer mode on, I have purged caches. In the theme settings - colours, the link colour does not reflect on the site. I really like the look and feel of the BCU theme but I have a few problems.ġ. We have a brand new installation (as of yesterday) and I am testing some themes. If they do not have there own icons it is possible to take the src from the following I have placed this code into the footer.php in footer content 2 (approx line 42) Just going over these posts as I have migrated back to the BCU theme, I thought this would be the best place to post social media integration if anyone wanted it as I found it was something I needed on my site
